Jawbox White Christmas Gin

Jawbox is a classic dry gin, named after the famous Belfast sink. It is made in a traditional distillery set in a wooded estate just outside Belfast, Northern Ireland. Distilled in small batches using time-honoured methods, plus a unique combination of botanicals including local Belfast Black Mountain Heather. Serve with ginger ale and a wedge of fresh lime.

Tasting Note:
Peppery juniper starts it off, followed by fragrant angelica and citrus. Fresh pine begins to grow as it develops, with cardamom adding a hint of spice.
