Payment & Shipping Times

We accept most credit card/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Orders are shipped from N.Ireland on the same day if received before 10:45am and we have the item in stock. If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase normally 2-3 days.

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Local/Public Holidays.

Customers must allow 10 working days for delivery before we will reship or refund orders.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate shipment, the item(s) will be shipped immediately once back in stock with no additional shipping charges.

UK & Ireland & Europe Shipping

Order Confirmations

You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Methods and Charges

Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.

As long as our courier has no unexpected transport delays or addressing issues  the expected delivery time is as follows: 

Standard Delivery 
UK & Ireland, 2 - 4 Working Days
Europe, 4 - 10 Working Days 

Please note: All orders placed after 9:00 am weekdays will be dispatched the next working day. 

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is lost/­undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
