The Cave de Pomérols was founded in 1932 and has since then steadily grown and prospered – and has seen a great deal of modernisation since then! The vineyards benefit from a temperate Mediterranean climate. A burst of aromatic complexity: notes of citrus fruit (grapefruit, lemon and lime), floral notes (white flowers, linden leaves, hawthorn blossom) together with mineral notes and a delicate touch of saltiness. The attack is lively and fresh. A full burst of aromas. Very distinct and frank notes of citrus fruit (lemon and lemongrass). The finish is slightly mineral followed by a delicate seawater taste. Pairings: Excellent with oysters, a shellfish platter and grilled fish.
