Cremorne 1859 is a collaboration between Richard, Stuart and the artist Charlotte Cory, who has designed the label for the first product in the range – a London Dry Gin produced by Charles Maxwell, owner of Thames Distillery. Made from a classic London Dry recipe, Colonel Fox’s uses six botanicals, including a healthy hit of juniper, Coriander, Cassia, Angelica Bitter, Orange Peel with a sweet back note of liquorice.

Tasting Note:
Nose: Juniper Berries, Coriander,Angelica, Cassia, Liquorice, Bitter Orange Peel. Palate: Quite soft, with notes of juniper, coriander and orange. Finish: This is quite a soft and smooth spirit. It has some dry juniper and sweet liquorice towards the end and citrus in the middle.
