Seaside Gin is a limited edition expression from the excellent Edinburgh Gin people. They've produced a fantastic summer tipple encapsulating the atmosphere of the seashore with some unusual Scottish coast ingredients including seaweed, ground ivy, gorse flowers, and scurvy grass (which sailors used to eat when suffering from scurvy for its essential Vitamin C).
Tasting note: Sweet minerality, grassy flavours, and a dash of spice balance out the bold juniper.
