Jackford Gin is a premium, locally sourced and distilled spirit produced by the Stafford family, who are potato growers in Wexford. This gin was made with botanicals such as rosemary, liquorice root, angelica, black peppercorns, orris root, cassia bark, basil, gooseberries, and bitter orange, in addition to potatoes (grown on the family's farm in Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford.) and the traditional juniper.
Tasting Note: Rich herbaceous notes and a creamy sweetness dominate among earthy juniper and a hint of winter spice.
