Since 1882, Cartron has been a family company with deep roots in the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges, in the heart of Burgundy's cru vineyards. For decades, the soil of this area has produced high-quality fruit, which has been used to make Burgundy wines or fruits used to make juices, liqueurs, and fruit brandies.
Tasting Note: The Violet is fine, subtle, and elegant on the nose, lovely, floral, and new, with noble herbal hints. Its supple and round mouthfeel is easily supported by fruity notes. In retro-olfaction, a floral bouquet of wild violets. The mouthfeel is light and airy, with excellent balance and finesse.
