Poire Williams Liqueur necessitates a wide range of expertise, including not only the processing of Poire Williams eau-de-vie, but also the art of blending. The pears used by Joseph Cartron come from the best terroirs and are from the first pick, which is usually set aside for table use, and the second pick, which is set aside for processing. The small amount of sugar added to our liqueur will then bring out all of the freshness of the fruit, allowing Poire Williams fans to enjoy this delicacy with a moderate alcohol content while appreciating all of its richness and aroma in a cocktail.
Tasting Note: The nose is pure, with a flavour of good stock and maturity pear purée. The first wave in the mouth is round, velvety, and silky. The taste in the mouth backs up the nose. Sweetness is tucked away in the back. The fruit is extremely pure, with no heaviness.
