Red Bonny is produced at the world-famous Diamond Distillery in Guyana. This dark Demerara molasses-based rum is blended from several different rums and aged for a minimum of 3 years in ex-bourbon casks to give it a distinctive and well-rounded taste. A mixing drink, growing in complexity to release an added fruitiness when paired with cola and ginger beer.
Tasting Note:
Intense aromas of fruitcake, cinnamon and liquorice match up to the impressive red colour to deliver an enjoyable experience from the start.
