A delightful single pot still Irish whiskey, Redbreast 12 Year Old is highly praised by a host of notable critics. It's made from malted and unmalted barley and aged in a mixture of American oak bourbon barrels and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts at the Midleton distillery.
Tasting note: Spicy with a lot of body. Nuts and citrus (peel and juice), with traces of marzipan, dried fruits, and Sherry.
