This is de-stemmed and crushed with soft pressing, using traditional white winemaking techniques. There is no skin contact during fermentation (a period of about 10 days, at controlled temperature). The wine is refined in steel tanks and in bottle.
Tasting Note: Fresh aromas of white peach and lime blossom lead to a bright attack and gloriously vibrant palate. The acidity is crisp and layered with ripe fruit. Peachy notes are met with citrus vibrancy and a fine texture. This is classic Pinot Grigio that balances clarity and freshness with a light body, a concentrated core and a fresh, fruit-driven finish.
