Writer's Tears Rare Cask Strength Whiskey 2022 is a limited-edition release from the acclaimed Irish distillery. This small batch whiskey is a blend of single pot still and single malt whiskey that has been matured in rare oak casks, resulting in a rich and complex flavour profile. On the nose, aromas of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak blend with notes of ripe fruit and a hint of spice. The palate is full-bodied with flavours of honey, chocolate, and subtle hints of nutmeg, culminating in a smooth and lingering finish.
