45ml Jawbox Small Batch Gin
1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba
Top up with Soda Water

Dry shake firmly
step 3
Fill the shaker with ice
step 4
Shake ingredients firmly
step 5
Fill glass with ice
step 6
Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass

Top up with Soda Water and serve
