2 Mint Leaves
Dash La Fee Parisienne Absinthe
1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba
Top up with Soda Water

step 1 Add all ingredients to the shaker except Soda Water
step 2 Dry shake ingredients firmly
step 3 Fill a shaker with ice
step 4 Shake ingredients firmly
step 5 Fill glass with ice
step 6 Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass
step 7 Top up with Soda Water
step 8 Add lemon twist garnish and serve
