3 orange peels (flamed)

step 1 Add 15ml sherry to glass
step 2 Coat inside glass with the sherry
step 3 Add ice to glass to chill
step 4 Add ice to mixing glass
step 5 Add vodka to mixing glass
step 6 Stir ingredients well
step 7 Discard ice and strain ingredients in to glass
step 8 Add orange twist (flamed) garnish and serve
