Akori Yuzu Gin is an unconventional spirit from Spain, blending traditional gin botanicals with a Japanese-inspired profile and a subtle Mediterranean twist. It is crafted using cereal grains and rice, which impart a delicate and smooth mouthfeel. This modern style of gin is defined by the subtle, bright flavor of yuzu, a highly aromatic East Asian citrus fruit.
