Antinori Bramito Chardonnay is an elegant Umbria IGT wine produced from vineyards surrounding the medieval Castello della Sala, known for its terroir rich in fossil deposits and clay, which imparts minerality and elegance. This wine thrives on the cool, high-altitude climate of the estate. After harvest, the Chardonnay grapes are carefully vinified and aged to achieve a balanced profile. The harmonious and well-structured palate offers an excellent balance between refreshing acidity and savory complexity (sapidity). It presents a long, persistent finish accented by delicate notes of fresh almonds and distinctive mineral tones, echoing its unique Umbrian origin.
