Produced in La Compa????a, Oaxaca, by Maestros like Gonzalo Hernandez Bigotes and Luis Pacheco, this mezcal is distilled in copper pot stills following time-honored ancestral methods, including roasting the pi??as in underground pits, which imparts a signature subtle smoke. It offers a complex, smooth flavor profile that showcases the wild agave's character. Expect notes of green mango, leather, and fresh green herbs.
