The production process includes a full 24-hour maceration period followed by a slow, nine-hour distillation in a 600-liter still, ensuring a smooth profile and exceptional mouthfeel through increased copper contact. Tasted neat, fresh pine notes are prominent, complemented by a lovely fruit roundness, with blueberry contributing a soft, full texture.
