Boatyard Sloe Boat Gin is a celebrated craft sloe gin produced by the Boatyard Distillery in County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. This expression is distinctive because it uses hand-foraged local sloe berries that are steeped in the distillery's award-winning Boatyard Double Gin. The meticulous, slow steeping process allows the bold, tart flavor of the sloe berries to naturally infuse into the gin, balancing the juniper and citrus core of the base spirit. Bottled at a slightly higher ABV than many traditional sloe gins, it offers a richer, more complex profile. Expect notes of marzipan, rich dark fruit, and a pleasant tannic bite.
