Botran A??ejo 15 Years is a premium molasses-based rum from Guatemala, renowned for its slow maturation process under the unique Solera system high in the mountains. This elevated aging contributes to a deeper concentration of flavor and a remarkably smooth character. Aged in a blend of American whiskey, rejuvenated, and former sherry barrels, the rum develops a complex profile. Expect rich notes of sweet dried fruits, vanilla, and roasted cacao, beautifully balanced by a hint of warming spice and oak.
