Corralejo A??ejo Tequila is a sophisticated expression from one of Mexico's most historic distilleries, Hacienda Corralejo, one of the few to maintain production entirely on its own estate. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, the tequila undergoes a unique fermentation and double distillation process, followed by maturation in American oak barrels for 12 months. This aging imparts a deep, golden amber hue and a remarkably complex flavor profile. Expect inviting aromas of coffee, nuts, and spice, leading to a smooth palate rich with notes of vanilla, caramel, and chocolate. Its balanced body and long, warm finish make it an exceptional a??ejo, highly regarded for sipping neat or as the base for a premium cocktail.
