Etsu Gin

Etsu Gin, which translates to "pleasure" in Japanese, is a distinctive craft gin distilled in the Asahikawa region of Hokkaido, Japan. This exceptional spirit is made using a meticulous process that incorporates local botanicals, most notably the yellow yuzu, which provides a bright, citrus-forward character. Traditional elements like juniper, coriander, licorice, and angelica root are perfectly balanced with unique Japanese ingredients such as tea leaves and pepper.
