Gin Mare is completely inspired by the laid-back Mediterranean lifestyle. Gin Mare, based in the small and ancient fishing village of Vilanova, sources many of its botanicals from the European coast, uniting the various cultures that all share the idyllic sea; basil from Italy, thyme from Greece, rosemary from Turkey, and Arbequina olives from Spain, which are often referred to as liquid gold and are the only olive to have its own appellation.

Tasting note: The taste is herbaceous and fragrant. The delivery is perfume-like followed by citrus zest, coriander, and sharp juniper.
