G???vine Nouaison Gin is a premium French gin that stands out in the category due to its unique botanical base: the grape flower. Unlike most gins made from grain alcohol, Nouaison uses a neutral grape spirit, which lends a softer, rounder texture to the finished product. This expression is deliberately bolder and more intense than its sister spirit, Floraison, bottled at a robust 43.9% ABV. Nouaison is crafted using 10 botanicals, including the vine flower which blooms for only a few days in June. This concentration gives the gin a spicy, herbaceous profile with notes of juniper, ginger, licorice, and a distinct vinous character. Its richer, full-bodied nature makes it an excellent choice for classic, spirit-forward cocktails like the Negroni or a robust Gin Martini.
