Los Siete Misterios Espad??n Mexicanito Mezcal is an exceptional expression crafted in Santiago Matatl??n, Oaxaca, using 100% Espad??n and Mexicanito agave. This double distillation in copper pot stills preserves the unique character of the wild Mexicanito, adding depth to the approachable Espad??n base. The mezcal offers a sophisticated and balanced profile that starts with a distinct earthy and smoky backbone, typical of traditional artisanal production. On the palate, notes of green pepper, fresh herbs, and damp earth are beautifully complemented by sweet hints of roasted agave, subtle citrus zest, and a long, warm, mineral-driven finish.
