O.P. Anderson Original Akvavit is Sweden's most popular organic aquavit, made at the O.P. Anderson Distillery in Sundsvall. This distinguished spirit is rooted in tradition and spiced with a classic trio of caraway, anise, and fennel, which lend it a warm, savory character. To achieve its complexity and light yellow hue, the aquavit is aged for a minimum of six months in oak barrels. This maturation process smooths the flavor profile, making it remarkably versatile.
