Ouzo 12 Liqueur is one of the world's most renowned and authentic expressions of Greece's signature spirit. The name "12" refers to the original barrel where the finest extract was aged, setting the standard for quality and flavor complexity. This liqueur is traditionally produced in copper pot stills and undergoes multiple distillations to achieve its smooth, aromatic profile. It features strong notes of anise, fennel, and subtle spice, which are intense yet perfectly balanced. When mixed with cold water, it performs the iconic "louching" effect, turning a milky white.
