Poli Marconi 46 Gin is an exquisite Italian craft gin distilled in Schiavon, near Venice, by the renowned Poli Distillery. Named after the street number of the distillery, this gin is a tribute to the Italian method of grappa distillation. It is produced in a vacuum-sealed bain-marie still, which allows the botanicals to be distilled at a lower temperature, preserving their delicate aromas. The recipe features a unique blend of botanicals, including juniper, Muscat grapes, mountain pine, mint, cardamom, and coriander, with a distinctive local component: "Marconi 46," an infusion of Venetian spices. The result is a complex, intensely aromatic, and elegantly smooth gin. Its profile is crisp and refreshing, showcasing notes of fresh herbs, citrus zest, and a subtle floral sweetness.
