Tamnavulin Red Wine Cask Finish French Cabernet Sauvignon Whisky is an innovative Speyside single malt that balances traditional maturation with a bold contemporary finish. Initially aged in American oak barrels, the spirit is then finished in carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks sourced from France. This secondary maturation process imparts a unique complexity and richness to Tamnavulin's signature light, fruity character. Expect inviting aromas of red berries, candied apples, and honeyed malt. On the palate, the influence of the Cabernet Sauvignon barrels delivers deep notes of blackcurrant, damson plum, and subtle tannic dryness, beautifully harmonized with sweet vanilla and ginger spice.
