Yeni Raki Uzun Demleme is a distinguished Turkish spirit, crafted by combining Anatolian grapes and high-quality aniseed, then undergoing a prolonged distillation process???the "Uzun Demleme" translates to "long steep/infusion." This traditional method ensures a remarkably smooth and balanced flavor profile, distinguishing it from standard Raki. This spirit is triple-distilled and then aged in oak barrels for up to nine months, which imparts a subtle golden hue and added complexity, softening the anise-forward character. The resulting Raki offers elegant notes of dried fruit, honey, and a mellow, creamy anise finish.
