Top up with Bollinger Champagne

step 1 Fill Martini glass with ice to chill
step 2 Fill shaker with ice
step 3 Add all ingredients except Champagne to shaker
step 4 Shake ingredients firmly
step 5 Discard ice from glass and strain ingredients in to glass
step 6 Top up with Champagne
step 7 Add a lemon twist as garnish
