5ml Cointreau
25ml Champagne
1 Egg Yolk

Calories: Approximately 225 Per Serving

step 1 Add ice to glass to chill
step 2 Add all ingredients to shaker except Champagne
step 3 Dry shake firmly
step 4 Fill shaker with ice
step 5 Shake ingredients firmly
step 6 Discard ice and strain ingredients in to glass
step 7 Top up with Champagne and serve
