10ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Pulco Citron Lemon Juice
10ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
7.5ml Sugar Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
35ml Bollinger Champagne

step 1 Add ice to glass to chill
step 2 Fill shaker with ice
step 3 Add all ingredients to shaker except Champagne
step 4 Shake ingredients firmly
step 5 Discard ice and strain ingredients in to glass
step 6 Top up with Champagne
step 7 Add grapefruit twist garnish and serve
