20ml Olorosso Sherry
15ml Pulco Citron Lemon Juice
15ml Orange Juice
10ml Monin Sugar Syrup
10ml Guinness (float)

Mixing Glass
Measure
Tongs
Julep Strainer
Calories: Approximately 225 Per Serving

step 1 Add ice to mixing glass
step 2 Add all ingredients to mixing glass except Guinness
step 3 Stir ingredients well
step 4 Fill glass with ice
step 5 Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass
step 6 Float Guinness on top of drink
step 7 Add lemon wedge garnish and serve
