1 Pasteurised Egg White or Aquafaba
Top up with Soda Water

Add all ingredients to the shaker except Soda Water

Dry shake firmly (shake with no ice)

Fill the shaker with ice

Shake ingredients firmly
step 5
Fill glass with ice
step 6
Strain ingredients in to ice filled glass
step 7
Top up with Soda Water
step 8
Add lemon wedge garnish and serve
