step 1 Add Absinthe to glass
step 2 Add crushed ice to glass and stir
step 3 Add ice to mixing glass
step 4 Add all ingredients to mixing glass
step 5 Stir ingredients well
step 6 Discard ice and strain ingredients in to glass
step 7 Spray lemon twist zest over glass and serve
