BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco is a luxurious and highly aromatic spirit from Peru, distilled exclusively from the delicate, intensely floral Italia grape. Unlike traditional pisco, 'Mosto Verde' means the spirit is distilled from partially fermented must, retaining a higher concentration of the grape's natural sugars and essential oils. This intricate process results in an exceptionally smooth, full-bodied pisco with a velvety mouthfeel. The nose is bursting with notes of white flowers, rose petals, and hints of tropical fruit. On the palate, it delivers a refined sweetness balanced by a clean, lingering finish. It is ideal for sophisticated sipping or for crafting an elevated, aromatic Pisco Sour.
