This unique 'Mosto Verde' process halts fermentation early, leaving residual sugars and requiring significantly more grapes, resulting in an enhanced aroma and a remarkably rich, smooth texture. Bottled at 41.8% ABV, this pisco presents a heady and floral nose, often described with wild flowers and bright citrus blossom and peel.
