Caliche Rum is a premium Puerto Rican white rum, meticulously crafted by Destiler??a Serrall??s???the producers of Don Q. This sophisticated spirit is a blend of four different aged rums, which are then charcoal filtered to remove color while retaining the complex flavors developed during maturation. The resulting spirit is exceptionally smooth and pure, yet offers significantly more depth and character than a standard white rum. It features inviting notes of vanilla, caramel, and subtle oak from its brief aging, complemented by the bright, clean tropical fruitiness of fresh cane spirit.
