Capel Reservado Moai Pisco is a distinguished Chilean pisco, paying homage to the iconic Rapa Nui statues of Easter Island. Crafted using selected Muscat grapes from the arid, high-altitude vineyards of the Elqui Valley, this spirit undergoes a meticulous distillation process in copper pot stills. It is aged in American oak barrels, which imparts a rich amber hue and softens the texture, delivering a premium profile. Expect a complex aromatic blend of cooked grapes, vanilla, and toasted wood. The palate is smooth and full-bodied, featuring balanced notes of honey, dried fruit, and a subtle spice.
