Cardenal Mendoza Nebulis Solera Gran Reserva Brandy is a unique and limited expression that offers a smoky twist on the classic Pedro Xim??nez sherry brandy. This Solera Gran Reserva is traditionally aged for an average of 15 years in former Oloroso and Pedro Xim??nez sherry casks. Following this extensive maturation, the liquid is briefly rested in barrels that have been lightly toasted with Spanish Holm Oak, imparting subtle, elegant smoky notes???'Nebulis' means 'mist' or 'cloud' in Latin, referencing this gentle, smoky finish. The resulting brandy offers a complex profile of figs, raisins, honeyed caramel, and toasted oak, beautifully accented by a refined hint of smoke. Its velvety texture and long, warm finish make it an exceptional sipping spirit. Best enjoyed neat in a snifter to appreciate its depth and distinctive smoky character.
