This small-batch gin is rooted in a recipe that dates back to 1948 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and uses local cinnamon bark, ginger, curry leaves, and coriander seed alongside classic juniper, angelica, and licorice. The result is an exceptionally smooth, aromatic gin that balances traditional juniper notes with a rich, complex warmth derived from the tropical botanicals. The distinct inclusion of curry leaves provides a subtle, savory element, distinguishing it from standard London Dry styles.
