This extensive aging process results in a complex spirit with a medium amber color and an ultra-smooth profile. The nose is inviting, featuring notes of earthy roasted pineapple greens and sweet vanilla, sometimes complemented by a green, forest-like freshness. On the palate, the a??ejo delivers savory and aromatic flavors, including oak, tropical fruit, and spice. Hints of spiced tobacco, charred moss, and coffee can also emerge.
