Del Maguey Vida Mezcal is an authentic, handcrafted single-village spirit from San Luis del R??o, Oaxaca, Mexico. Crafted using traditional methods, the heart of 100% Espad??n agave is roasted in earthen pits, crushed by a horse-drawn stone tahona, and double-distilled in copper pot stills. This dedication to tradition results in a balanced and complex flavor profile. The nose is dominated by smoky, roasted agave, complemented by inviting notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and herbs. On the palate, expect a harmonious blend of vegetal and smoky flavors, followed by green apple, black pepper, and lime.
