Derrumbes Zacatecas Mezcal is a unique and artisanal spirit crafted exclusively from the Salmiana agave, which thrives in the high-altitude, semi-arid plains of the northern state of Zacatecas. Distilled by the Master Mezcalero using a traditional process, the agaves are roasted in underground stone ovens before fermentation in stone tanks. The distillation takes place in copper pot stills, yielding a mezcal with a distinct and complex profile.
