Don Fulano Blanco Tequila is a pure expression of the blue agave from the highlands of Jalisco. Don Fulano waited 10 years for the agaves to mature in the iron-rich soils of the highlands, before harvesting and distilling the pure essence of the agave plant. Don Fulano Blanco Tequila is a bright and colourful expression of highland agave with fresh green pepper, tropical fruit and gently cooked agave. There is a distinct minerality on the palate from the iron-rich soils in which the agave is grown and an earthy, rich finish.
