Doorly's 5 Year Old Gold Rum is a distinguished expression from the renowned Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados, celebrated for its commitment to traditional, pot and column distilled rums. This golden rum is aged for a minimum of five years in select American white oak barrels, which previously held bourbon. This extended tropical maturation results in a beautifully balanced and approachable spirit. The nose offers inviting aromas of dried fruit, toasted coconut, and sweet caramel. On the palate, the rum delivers a harmonious blend of warm vanilla, butterscotch, brown sugar, and a hint of baking spice, culminating in a smooth, medium-long finish.
