This expression is a meticulously blended Irish whiskey, marrying grain and malt whiskies to achieve a perfect balance of smoothness and complexity. On the nose, it presents inviting aromas of soft honey, green apples, and warm vanilla, layered with a subtle, malty spice. The palate is exceptionally gentle, opening with sweet caramel and toasted oak before moving into notes of dried fruit, cinnamon, and a hint of white pepper, reflecting its triple distillation.
