This Navy Strength gin is double distilled and features an intense botanical profile, prioritizing juniper alongside unique additions like Szechuan peppercorns and potent lemon peel. This combination creates a powerful, spicy, and deeply citrus-forward spirit. The use of gorse flower, hand-picked in the Edinburgh area, adds a subtle, honeyed sweetness to balance the intensity.
